Mary Todd Lincoln House

Yesterday, I dropped of my sister to her orientation session at the University of Kentucky. While I was waiting for her to finish, I went to tour the house of Mary Todd Lincoln, the wife of the former president Abraham Lincoln. The tour lasted for an hour, and the ticket was $10.00. The house became the first house museum to honor the First Lady in America. The house, which was built between 1803-1806, was built as an inn that consisted of 14 rooms. In 1832, the property became the home of Robert S. Todd.
